Some individuals report experiencing sensations that align with the concept of energetic or spiritual intrusion—often symbolized as serpents, creatures, or foreign energies residing within the body. These experiences may manifest as sudden, localized movements beneath the skin or deep within, described as crawling, slithering, or pulsing. Accompanying symptoms can include shifting heat, cold, or tingling without any identifiable medical cause, as well as intermittent pressure in the abdomen, chest, or head.

During moments of spiritual activity or intense prayer, some may feel waves of nausea or dizziness, suggesting a heightened sensitivity to subtle energetic shifts. Temporary numbness, heaviness, or trembling in the limbs—especially the hands, arms, or legs—can also occur, often without physical exertion. Sleep disturbances are common, with individuals waking abruptly feeling as though they’ve been touched, shaken, or pulled, adding to the sense of an unseen presence interacting with their physical or energetic body.
