Foundational Clearing + Nervous-System Reset is a gentle yet powerful session designed to calm your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and help your body return to a state of safety and balance. I work with your system to clear residual stress, emotional tension, and subconscious holding patterns so your body can breathe more freely, regulate itself, and reset naturally.
