Before taking a spiritual bath, you must be physically clean. When performing a spiritual bath take the time and make this a magical time for you by adding music, lighting candles, using incense, reciting prayers, incantations or meditating upon your intentions or using crystals around the bath. This is a three-day bath so you can use a third of the herbs at each bath. I supply you with one mesh bag that you can use inside the tub or you can put the herbs directly in the bath water. I prefer putting the herbs in my bath water and allowing them to touch my body. Don't forget to get the top of your head, the crown chakra. If you put the herbs directly into the tub make sure to use a handheld strainer to remove the herbs before opening the drain.

Love bath- is used for self-love, to attract a new partner or to sweeten up your current relationship. For self-love I want you to envision a pink light shooting into your heart and filling your whole body with light after you enter the tub and are relaxed. Remember Reiki and Shamanic reiki are already infused in herbs. To attract new love once you are submerged in the water and relaxed I want you to imagine a male or female wrapping their arms around you as both of you are filled with pink light. Don't worry about seeing a face. To sweeten up your current relationship you have two options you can take the bath together or take the bath separately. If you take the bath together at the same time you both at the same time need to envision pink light going into your hearts filling your bodies then connecting to each other.
