I'm a Shamanic Practitioner and have grown the majority of the herbs that are in my spiritual baths. My herb bath has salt added so you get the bonus of cleansing your Aura. All the plants and herbs have been grown and infused with Reiki and Shamanic Reiki. My spiritual bath recipes come from Shamanic Practitioners who have used these for centuries. Before taking a spiritual bath, you must be physically clean. When performing a spiritual bath take the time and make this a magical time for you by adding music, lighting candles, using incense, reciting prayers, and incantations, meditating upon your intentions or using crystals around the bath. This is a three-day bath so you can use a third of the herbs at each bath. I prefer putting the herbs in my bath water and allowing them to touch my body. Don't forget to get the top of your head, the crown chakra.

***If you put the herbs directly into the tub make sure to use a handheld strainer to remove the herbs before opening the drain because it will clog your drain ***
Hex/ Jinx removal - Once you submerge yourself into the water its important to do a prayer or chant and then envision white light coming from the upper world into your body. Here are some examples or you can use your own.

I call my power back to me. I call my energy back to me. I call my magic back to me. I am cleansed and disconnected from anything that may drain me. I am shielded from any energy that does not serve me. I am safe. I am protected. I am whole.
And so it is.

The shield of protection
I carry it strong
No ill wishes or trouble.
Can come alone
You cannot harm me Or weaken my soul
My light is my weapon And peace is my god

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. ' Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.

LORD Jesus, You are the highest authority, and there is no spiritual power above You. Therefore, I hide in You, as You are my safe shelter. I'm confident that in submitting to You, no evil will ever be able to conquer me. Therefore, in Your name, I trust You to send Your messengers and protect me wherever I go.
